“Villa Gaia” is a spacious two storey villa measuring 200sqm and suitable for up to six persons. It is decorated in earthly tones blending natural colours with bold russets.
The ground floor is open plan with a large living area containing open fire place, flat screen TV, DVD player and modern comfortable furnishings; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, mixer and all utensils.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin and tumble. All doors lead out to furnished verandas which overlook the gardens and have amazing sea views.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms all with double beds. The master bedroom has en suite shower room with toilet; fitted wardrobes, TV and private balcony with sea views. The second double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, tv and private balcony with sea views. The third bedroom is a furnished double bedroom with wardrobes and windows overlooking the sea.
On the first floor you will also find the main bathroom with its minimalistic design and hydro massage corner bath tub, shower, wc and hairdryer.
